The present invention is aimed to provide a composition for prevention and treatment of wood pests, especially termite. Said composition has reduced effects to people and domestic animals and can resolve the problems encountered in prevention and treatment of water pollution. In addition, said composition has excellent wood permeation and high pesticidal activity. The composition according to the present invention is characterized in comprising (A) a neonicotinoid compound and (B) at least one compound selected from a group consisting of a macrolide compound, a thiourea compound and a pyridine azomethine compound.
