Summary: | An intelligent collection and analysis system of brain wound patients in a neurosurgery intensive care unit is introduced. According to the factors that influence the recovery of brain injury, the system utilizes existing environment and equipment to develop a biomedical signals collection system and continuously monitors and records physiological signals like ICP (intracranial pressure), BP (blood pressure), HR (heartbeat rate), ECG (electrocardiogram), CPP (cerebral perfusion pressure), SaO2 (saturation of arterial O2), EtCO2 (End-tidal CO2), MV (mean velocity) and dynamic images. Then, use these physiological signals as parameters and utilize fuzzy theory combined with years of clinical experience of many specialized doctors to generate fuzzy rules. The fuzzy rules is employed to construct a fuzzy model to analyzing each kind of monitored physiological signals, so that only input designate parameters is needed to predicted the predicted recovery evaluation of patients. |
