Summary:The present invention relates to a rubbish bin having a buffering apparatus, comprising a bin, a lid, and a buffering apparatus, the bin has a connection base disposed at one side of the top; the lid is pivoted to the bin and is capable of covering the bin by swinging thereon; the bin has a pivoting base installed at one side which may be pivoted on the connection base of the bin; the buffering apparatus is disposed between the connection base of the bin and the pivoting base of the lid so as to enable the lid to cover on the bin slowly by its buffering effect.
