| Summary: | A process for electrodepositing zinc electrode is a kind of manufacture technology about zinc electrode that combines an intermittence electro-deposition process with trace metal salt additive. This special design process enhanced the surface area of a zinc electrode for the variation of gain growth when zinc ion reduction. The zinc electrode manufactured by this invention performs over 80% utility and flat discharge voltage. It was more effective when electrode thickness increased. Over 90% utility obtained when this zinc electrode discharged under the current density of 50mA/cm2. |
