Summary: | The present invention relates to a microvalve suitable for controlling the motion of microfluid, comprising: a front-to-rear connected valve channel, at least one serrated lower stopper installed at the bottom of the inner face of the valve channel, and at least one serrated upper stopper installed behind the lower stopper and at the top of the inner face of the valve channel. By applying the configuration of the present invention, the microfluid is guided by the upper and the lower stoppers and windingly flowing out of the valve channel when the microfluid enters the valve channel from the front. On the contrary, when the microfluid enters the valve channel reversely from the rear, part of the microfluid flow is stopped by the upper and the lower stoppers so as to decrease the flux of countercurrent. Therefore, by the serrated asymmetry of the upper and the lower stoppers, microfluid with different directions are affected by different degree of drag force, so as to confer the microvalve of the invention with |
