The present invention provides a three-in-one back-wearing type wireless earphone, which combines a transmitter, a receiver, and an earphone into one integral device. The circuits of the transmitter and the receiver are all designed in flexible strips. The two ends of the receiver strip are electrically connected to the earphone. When not in use, the transmitter is plugged into the machine body of a receiver and the internal battery power is turned off, so that the transmitter and the receiver can be charged at the same time by an external power source.
