Provided is a manufacturing method of thermoplastic rubber fabric with moist keeping, exfoliating, health caring, buffering and hit preventing function, especially relates to use of thermoplastic rubber (called TPR for short) as the main coating material. Thermoplastic rubber is heated to 180 DEG C, which makes it exhibit better fluidity. According to different functional requirements, moist keeping, exfoliating or health caring ingredients is added into thermoplastic rubber in a melted state. Further, the fabric is worn on a predetermined mold. It is directly dipped into the thermoplastic rubber which is added moist keeping, exfoliating or health caring ingredients therein, for around 2 to 3 seconds. Tthe mold is reversed to make the thermoplastic rubber be evenly spread on the internal surface of the fabric. After being cooled, the thermoplastic rubber is able to combine with the internal surface of the fabric to form a unity.
