A D/A converter and the circuit using the same is provided. The D/A converter has small structure area and can stabilize and output a plurality of gradation voltage signal. The D/A converter includes a voltage generation circuit, a first control circuit, a second control circuit, and a third control circuit. The voltage generation circuit uses the voltage drop of the resistance to generate a plurality of base voltages as the gradation voltage. The first control circuit chooses one of the base voltages as a first output voltage. The second control circuit chooses the base voltage corresponding to the first output voltage and near the gradation voltage as a second output voltage. The third control circuit includes a third output voltage, a first resistance, a first switch, a second resistance, and a second switch.
