Summary:This invention provides a producing method for an organic PTC thermistor. It also provides the organic PTC thermistor that produced by this method. The producing method of the organic PTC thermistor comprises the following procedures: Firstly, it mixes an organic binder with a filler to obtain a mixture. Secondly, it forms upon a first conductive foil. Further, the mixture layer comprises the mixture to obtain a laminate. Furthermore, it laminates on the laminate, a second conductive foil or another of the laminate to obtain a sandwich, so that the mixture layer can be sandwiched by the opposing conductive foils. Wherein, at least one of the mixing procedure, the layer-forming step, and the laminating step is conducted under reduced pressure. Eventually, it obtains an organic PTC thermistor by the production process.
