| Summary: | The present invention provides a method for automatically selecting photo target and motion control, which includes the following steps: transmitting an image captured by a CCD camera to a monitor of a terminal host; employing a mouse to directly select a target object on the screen; then, the system automatically determining the distance of the selected target object from a cross center of the current XY stage, and converting the distance into the value of moving the XY stage; next, driving the servo motor controller to rapidly and automatically move the XY stage to the coordinates of the target object specified by the user. With such a teaching method, teaching time required for moving the XY stage can be effectively reduced. |
