Summary:The invention relates to a wireless local area network (WLAN) load balancing system and method thereof, which can balance the load of access point in the WLAN. After resetting an access point, the access point enters hidden service set identifier and hide its service set identifier (SSID). If the access point doesn't receive a display frame of rejecting SSID, then enter a display SSID state to display its SSID. While the access point is in display SSID state, if receive a display frame of rejecting SSID, then enter a pre-display SSID state to display its SSID. When the access point is the pre-display SSID state, if receive a display frame of rejecting SSID, then enter the hidden SSID state.
