Summary:Compounds of the formula (I), a process for their preparation and their use as medicaments are described. Compounds of the formula (I) in which n represents a number 2, 3 or 4, R1 represents hydrogen or (C1-C4)-alkyl and R2 represents pyridyl or thiazolyl which for its part may be substituted by (C1-C4)-alkyl, halogen, amino, dimethylamino, acetylamino, guanidine, pyridylamino, thienyl, furyl, imidazolyl, pyridyl, morpholinyl, thiomorpholinyl, piperidinyl, piperazinyl, N-(C1-C4)-alkylpiperazinyl, pyrrolidinyl, oxazolyl, isoxazolyl, pyrimidinyl, pyrazinyl, optionally (C1-C4)-alkyl-substituted thiazolyl or phenyl which is optionally substituted up to three times by halogen, (C1-C4)-alkyl or (C1-C4)-alkoxy, and their salts, hydrates, hydrates of the salts and solvates.
