Summary:The device has a bell-shaped handgrip (3) which can move through a limited angle, and which rotates a pin (6) through a larger angle, in order to displace a control rod on a door or window. The pin is connected to a transmission pinion (7). A bearing case (5) is attached to the door or window, and is accommodated in a coaxial recess (4) at the free end of the shaft or neck (2) of the handgrip. Internal gearing (12a) is arranged inside the recess and is rotationally fixed relative to the shaft or neck, and is also in constant direct or indirect engagement with the pinion.
