Summary:FIELD: biotechnology. SUBSTANCE: method is carried out by chromatographic purification on anionite. Chromatography takes place on copolymer of ethylene glycol dimethylacrylate with 2-hydroxy-3-diethylaminopropyl methacrylate, 0.007-0.013 M acetic acid which contains 0.15-0.30 M of sodium acetate being used. Protein is eluted by 0.8-1.1 M acetic acid. Yield of protein is up to 73 %. EFFECT: increases yield of desired product. 2 tbl Использование: биотехнология. Сущность изобретения: хроматографическая очистка на анионите. С целью повышения выхода целевого продукта хроматографию проводят на сополимере диметакрилата этиленгликоля с 2-гидрокси-3-диэтиламинопропилметакрилатом в 0,007 - 0,013 М уксусной кислоте, содержащей 0,15 - 0,30 М ацетата натрия, а белок элюируют 0,8 - 1,1 М уксусной кислотой. Выход белка до 73%. 2 табл.
