Summary:The invention relates to medical engineering and equipment. The device for establishing compression anastomoses comprises two bushes (1 and 4) arranged coaxially and slidably with respect to each other. The bush (1) has the flange (2) at one end and the collet (3) at the other. The bush (4) has the flange (5) and the movable ring (6). The spring (7) is interposed between the flange (5) and the ring (6). From outside the bush (4) is covered by the elastic sheathing (8) that passes into the two-lumen tube (9), one of its lumens being communicated with the interior of the sheathing (8), while the other lumen opens outwards immediately above the sheathing (8). The device is adapted predominantly for establishing compression anastomoses in the alimentary tract.
