Summary: | Bioconcentrates containing organic pigments intended for dyeing bioplastic materials (bioplastic moldings, foils, fibers and textiles) are composed of bioplastic pigment dispersion in a proportion of 96.4 to 98.7% by weight. bioplastic based on polylactic acid or polyhydroxyalkanoates or their mixture, from 1.0 to 3.0 wt.% organic pigment and from 0.3 to 0.6 wt.% dispersant. The bioplastic can optionally contain plasticizers for polylactic acid PLA and/or for polyhydroxyalkanoate PHA. Color pigments are of organic origin with a processing temperature of up to 300°C. The production method of the bioconcentrates in question consists of a two-stage preparation of a powder premix and its subsequent remelting in defined facilities.
