Summary:An imunogenic liposome composition comprising vesicle-forming lipids and an antigenic protein construct which is an aqueous soluble fusion product comprising one or more antigen determinants and a hydrophobic domain, whereby the hydrophobic domain is associated with the membrane of the liposome composition. A method for the preparation thereof is also described. Imunogénna lipozómová kompozícia obsahuje lipidy vytvárajúce vezikuly a antigénny proteínový konštrukt, ktorým je vo vode rozpustný fúzny produkt obsahujúci jeden alebo viac antigénnych determinantov a hydrofóbnu doménu, pričom hydrofóbna doména je spojená s membránou lipozómovej kompozície. Tiež je opísaný spôsob jej výroby.
