Summary:Described is a tricyclic compound of the general formula (I), where particular substituents have the meaning defined in claims, or pharmaceutically acceptable salt or solvate thereof, its use for the manufacture of a medicament for the treatment of cancer, stroke, neurodegenerative diseases, inflammatory condition and cardiovascular diseases. Described is also a pharmaceutical composition comprising said compound, poly (ADP-ribose) polymerases inhibitor. Je opísaná tricyklická zlúčenina všeobecného vzorca (I), kde jednotlivé substituenty majú význam definovaný v nárokoch, alebo farmaceutický prijateľná soľ alebo solvát tejto zlúčeniny, jej použitie na výrobu liečiva na liečenie rakoviny, mŕtvice, neurodegeneratívnych chorôb, zápalových stavov a kardiovaskulárnych chorôb. Je opísaná aj farmaceutická kompozícia s obsahom tejto zlúčeniny, inhibítora poly(ADP-ribóza)polymeráz.
