Summary:Described is a method for the preparation of 2,5-dimethyl-3- hexine-2,5-diol by ethynylation of acetone with acetylene in the presence of potassium alcoholate in aromatic hydrocarbon at a temperature of 20 to 50 °C and pressure of 70 to 130 kPa in the presence of 3-methyl-1-butyne-3-ol, whereby molar ration of acetone to 3-methyl-1-butyne-3-ol in the mixture being 3 till 8 to 1, molar ratio of the acetone mixture and 3-methyl-1-butyne- 3-ol to potassium alcoholate being 1.12 till 2.5 to 1. Opisuje sa spôsob prípravy 2,5-dimetyl-3-hexín-2,5-diolu etinyláciou acetónu acetylénom za prítomnosti alkoholátu draselného v aromatickom uhľovodíku pri teplote 20 až 50 °C a tlaku 70 až 130 kPa za prítomnosti 3-metyl-1-butín-3-olu, pričom molárny pomer acetónu k 3-metyl-1-butín-3-olu v zmesi je 3 až 8 k 1, molárny pomer zmesi acetónu a 3-metyl-1-butín-3-olu k alkoholátu draselnému je 1,12 až 2,5 k 1.
