Erythromycin derivatives of the general formula (IV), wherein R1 is Rb-O-C(Ra,Rc)-, in which Ra is alkyl or alkoxy containing up to 8 carbon atoms, Rb is alkyl containing up to 8 carbon atoms and Rc is hydrogen or alkyl having up to 8 carbon atoms; or R1 is alkyl containing up to 8 carbon atoms substituted by one or more alkyl containing up to 8 carbon atoms or by one aryl having up to 14 carbon atoms; R2 and R3 represent each hydrogen or independently on each other trialkylsilyl in which the alkyl contains up to 8 carbon atoms or R1 represents R'b-C(R'a,R'c)-, wherein R'a, R'b, R'c represent each alkyl containing up to 8 carbon atoms or aralkyl up to 8 carbon atoms, from which each can be optionally substituted by one or more substituent for R1. Deriváty erytromycínu všeobecného vzorca (IV), kde R1 je Rb-O-C(Ra, Rc)-, kde Ra je alkyl alebo alkoxy až s 8 C, Rb je alkyl až s 8 C a Rc je H aleboalkyl až s 8 C; alebo R1 je alkyl až s 8 C substituovaný aspoň jedným alkylom až s 8 C alebo jednýmarylom až so 14 C; R2 a R3 je vždy H alebo nezávisle jeden od druhého trialkylsilyl s alkylom s dĺžkou až 8 C alebo R'b-C(R'a,R'c)-, kde R'a, R'b a R'c predstavuje vždy alkyl až s 8 C alebo aralkyl až s 8 C, z ktorých každý je prípadne substituovanýaspoň jedným substituentom uvedeným pre R1.
