Summary:It is described the method of preparation of 2-chloromethyl- tiophene of the formula (I) in the presence of at least one compound containing keto group. The prepared 2-chloromethyl- tiophene is optionally transformed into the 2-thienyl-acetonitrile of the formula (II). The compounds of formula (I) and (II) are intermediates at preparation of various pharmaceutically active substances. Opísaný je spôsob prípravy 2-chlórmetyltiofénu vzorca (I) chlórmetyláciou tiofénu v prítomnosti aspoň jednej zlúčeniny obsahujúcej ketoskupinu. Pripravený 2-chlórmetyltiofén sa prípadne prevádza na 2-tienylacetonitril vzorca (II). Zlúčeniny vzorca (I) a (II) sú medziproduktmi pri príprave rôznych farmaceuticky aktívnych látok.
