Modifikované aminokyseliny všeobecného vzorca (I), ich tautoméry, diasteroméry a enantioméry, ich zmesi a soli, najmä fyziologicky prijateľné soli s anorganickými alebo organickými kyselinami alebo zásadami, farmaceutické prostriedky obsahujúce uvedené zlúčeniny a ich použitie na výrobu liečiva na akútnu alebo profylaktickú liečbu bolestí hlavy, migrény alebo bodavých bolestí hlavy.
