Summary: | Compounds of formula (I), wherein each of alc1, alc2 and alc3 which are the same or different, is an alkyl radical containing up to 8 carbon atoms, n is an integer from 0 to 8, and R1 and R2 are an O-alkyl radical containing up to 8 carbon atoms, or form a cyclic acetal together with the carbon atom to which they are attached, are disclosed. The compounds may be used in the preparation of substances suitable for preparing antibiotic substances.
Je opísaný spôsob výroby derivátov chinolínu všeobecného vzorca (IV), pri ktorom sa na kyselinu 1(2H)-chinolínkarboxylovú všeobecného vzorca (I), v ktorom skupiny alk1, alk2 a alk3 sú rovnaké alebo odlišné a predstavujú alkylový zvyšok obsahujúci do 8 atómov uhlíka, n predstavuje celé číslo od 0 do 8, R1 a R2 predstavujú O-alkylový zvyšok obsahujúci do 8 atómov uhlíka alebo tvoria spolu s atómom uhlíka, ku ktorému sú viazané cyklický acetal, pôsobí silnou zásadou, ako je etylát sodný.ŕ |
