Opisuje sa spôsob prípravy vodorozpustných analógov kamptotecínu všeobecného vzorca (I) vrátane spôsobu prípravy ich medziproduktov a zlúčenín pripravených týmto postupom. Takto pripravené vodorozpustné analógy kamptotecínu je možné použiť na inhibíciu rastu nádorových buniek citlivých proti týmto analógom.ŕ
