Disclosed is a method for production and isolation of 7-aminodesacetoxycephalosporanic acid, 7-ADCA, in which a) the Penicillium chrysogenum strain is transformed by the expandase gene under the transcriptional and translational regulation of expressing signals of the fibrous fungi; b) the strain is fermented in the cultivation medium, into which there is added 3'-carboxymethylthiopropionic acid or its salt, or ester, suitable for obtaining 2-(carboxyethylthio)acetyl- and 3-(carboxymethylthio)propionyl-6-aminopenicillanic acid, i.e. 2-(carboxyethylthio)acetyl and 3-(carboxymethylthio)propionyl-6-APA, whilst the ring in the last-mentioned substances shall be extended in situ under the formation of 2-(carboxyethylthio)acetyl- and 3-(carboxylmethylthio)propionyl-7-ADCA; c) from the fermentation culture there is isolated 2-(carboxyethylthio)acetyl- and 3-(carboxymethylthio)propionyl-7-ADCA; d) 2-(carboxyethylthio)acetyl- and 3-(carboxymethylthio)propionyl-7-ADCA is deacylated; and e) crystalline 7-ADCA is isolated. Je opísaný spôsob výroby a izolácie 7-aminodesacetoxycefalosporánovej kyseliny, 7-ADCA, pri ktorom sa a) kmeň Penicillium chrysogenum transformuje génom expandázy za transkripčnej a translačnej regulácie expresných signálov vláknitej huby; b) kmeň sa fermentuje v kultivačnom médiu, do ktorého sa pridá 3'-karboxymetyltiopropiónová kyselina alebo jej soľ, alebo ester, vhodná na získanie 2-(karboxyetyltio)acetyl- a 3-(karboxymetyltio)propionyl-6-aminopenicilánovej kyseliny, tzn. 2-(karboxyetyltio)acetyl- a 3-(karboxymetyltio)propionyl-6-APA, pričom kruh v posledne uvedených látkach sa in situ rozšíri za vzniku 2-(karboxyetyltio)acetyl- a 3-(karboxymetyltio)propionyl-7-ADCA; c) z fermentačnej pôdy sa izoluje 2-karboxyetyltio)acetyl- a 3-(karboxymetyltio(propionyl-7-ADCA; d) 2-(karboxyetyltio)acetyl- a 3-(karboxymetyltio)propionyl-7-ADCA sa deacyluje; a e) izoluje sa kryštalická 7-ADCA.ŕ
