Abstract A method of a hydrolytic extracellular enzymes preparation in the process of fermentation, in a submerged culture, especially amylase, protease and lipase in fermentation fluids containing nutrients, is processed in such a manner that fermentation fluids are added with besides nutrients aluminium oxide, insoluble aluminosilicates, synthetic or natural zeolites or a bentonite in an amount of from 0,2 to 5 percent by weight, in respect to a weight of the fermentation fluid.
