Summary:This patent contains the description of the substituted piperideinecarboxamides with a general formula according to the figure (IV), where the symbol called R1 represents the group of alkyl containing 2 up to 6 carbon atoms or the alkooxylalkyl group with the formula of R4O(CH2)m-. The symbol called R4 means the alkyl group containing 1 up to four carbon atoms and the value of m is 2 to 4, the radicals R2 and R4 are equal or different and they always mean the alkyl group containing 6 carbon atoms, the radicals R2 a R3 can create a ring according to the formula (CH2)n, where the value of n is 4 up to 6, however, it also is possible one of the radicals R2 and R2 means a hydrogen atom and the second one represents the alkyl group containing 1 up to 6 carbon atoms with a direct or branching chain, the structure of these compounds is the same as in the case of the salts which can be accepted from pharmaceutical point of view, the production of the above mentioned compounds is based on the ester or nytril hydrolysis, while the appropriate acid is created which reacts with oxalylchloride and with the appropriate amine subsequently, or in the case of the amination with an appropriate outgoing ester. This patent also contains a description of pharmaceutical means containing the above mentioned compounds together with an application of these compounds for the production of the pharmaceutical mean having an anaesthetic or analgesic effect.
