Summary:Method of forming electrical connections of aluminium bus systems of electrolysis furnaces by friction welding with stirring. Firstly the joined parts of the first bus system (1) and the second bus system (2) are formed by milling a bed (4) into which a joint plate (3) 5 mm to 20 mm thick is inserted. The joint plate (3) is then firmly attached and along the interface of the welded joint (5) formed by a part of the first bus system (1) and a part of the second bus system (2). The the plate (3) is connected to the immersion of a welding tool whose shank diameter is from 10 mm to 20 mm into the material to a depth of 5 to 20 mm, at speeds from 3000 mm / min-1 to 7000 mm / min-1 and a feed rate from 100 mm / min-1 to 1000 mm / min-1, with creates a solid butt weld by a straight motion. Spôsob vytvárania elektrických spojov hliníkových zbernicových systémov elektrolýznych pecí zváraním trením s premiešaním, keď do spájaných častí prvého zbernicového systému (1) a druhého zbernicového systému (2) sa frézovaním vytvorí lôžko (4), do ktorého sa vloží platnička (3) spoja s hrúbkou 5 mm až 20 mm, ktorá sa následne pevne prichytí, a pozdĺž rozhrania zvarového spoja (5) tvoreného časťou prvého zbernicového systému (1) a časťou druhého zbernicového systému (2) a platničkou (3) spoja sa zanorením zváracieho nástroja, ktorého priemer drieku je od 10 mm do 20 mm do materiálu do hĺbky 5 až 20 mm, pri otáčkach od 3 000 mm/min-1 do 7 000 mm/min-1 a posuvnej rýchlosti od 100 mm/min-1 do 1 000 mm/min-1, priamočiarym pohybom vytvorí pevný tupý zvar.
