The universal fixing device for attaching any, preferably insulation elements to walls of buildings or rooms solves the problem of simple and effective attachment of insulating panels or other elements with the help of two composite attachment elements like attachment washer (1) and attachment anchor (10) featuring simple and compact construction, which is also true for the whole insulating construction with light and heavyweight insulating facade lining. Through the opening (4) inside the attachment washer (1) featuring two supports (2) and (3) a longitudinal opening (17) in the wall, made through the insulation panel (15) and the wall (16) itself, the attachment anchor (10) is applied, which features on the front side of the attachment washers (1) special ears (13), while on the other it features a nib (11) with jagged edges (12). Its cross section is V-shaped. For lightweight facades the supports (2, 3) of the attachment washer (1) are at the same level with the front surface of the deepening (5), while for heavyweight facades they are bent upwards, so that they are at 90 degrees to its front surface. Into their cut-outs (7) a wire net (14) is inserted. With turned-up edges (9) the attachment washer (1) is wedged into the insulating panel (15), while the nib (11) of the attachment anchor (10) is bent in the direction of its jagged edges (12). The length of the attachment anchor (10) is slightly larger than the depth of the longitudinal opening (17) and the height of its V-shaped legs also slightly exceeds its maximum diameter. Both attachment elements are usually made from the same kind of material, preferably prochromium. Univerzalno pritrdilno sredstvo za pritrditev poljubnih, prednostno izolacijskih elementov na steno objekta ali prostora, rešuje problem enostavnega in učinkovitega pritrjevanja izolacijskih plošč ali drugih elementov, s pomočjo dveh sestavnih pritrdilnih elementov, kot sta pritrdilna podložka (1) in pritrdilno sidro (10), ob hkratni njuni enostavni in kompaktni konstrukciji, kar velja tudi za celotno izolacijsko konstrukcijo pri lahkih in težkih izolacijskih fasadnih oblogah. Skozi odprtino (4) v pritrdilni podložki (1), ob kateri sta izvedena nosilca (2) in (3), se v podolgovato luknjo (17), izvedeno v izolacijsko ploščo (15) in v zid (16), namesti in zabije pritrdilno sidro (10), ki ima na strani čelne ploskve pritrdilne podložke (1) izvedeni ušesi (13), na nasprotnem koncu pa konico (11) z nazobčanima robovoma (12), v prečnem prerezu pa je V oblike. Za lahke fasade sta nosilca (2, 3) na pritrdilni podložki (1) v isti ravnini z čelno ploskvijo poglobitve (5), dočim sta pri montaži težkih fasad upognjena navzgor tako, da ležita pod pravim kotom na njeno čelno ploskev, v njuna izreza (7) pa se vstavi žična mreža (14). Z zavihanimi robovi (9) se pritrdilna podložka zagozdi v izolacijsko ploščo (15), konica (11) pritrdilnega sidra (10) pa se ukrivi v smeri njenih nazobčanih robov (12). Dolžina pritrdilnega sidra (10) je nekoliko večja od globine podolgovate luknje (17), višina njegovih V krakov pa nekoliko večja od njenega maksimalnega premera. Oba pritrdilna elementa sta praviloma izvedena iz enakega materiala, prednostno iz prokroma.ŕ
