The invention refers to the inclusion complexes of N-ethoxycarbonyl-3-morpholino-sydnonymine or its salts that are formed with the cyclodextrine derivative, to their production and to the pharmaceutical preparations containing them. The inclusion complex of N-ethoxycarbonyl-3-morpholino-sydnonymine or its salts formed by the cyclodextrine derivative is obtained with the help of a) the metabolism of N-ethoxycarbonyl-3-morpholino-sydnonymine or its salt and the cyclodextrine derivative in the medium of the solvent and, if desired, with the separation of the complex from the solution with dehydration or b) high-energy grinding of N-ethoxycarbonyl-3-morpholino-sydnonymine or its salt and cyclodextrine derivative. The invention refers to the inclusion complexes of N-ethoxycarbonyl-3-morpholino-sydnonymine or its salts that are formed with the cyclodextrine derivative, to their production and to the pharmaceutical preparations containing them. The inclusion complex of N-ethoxycarbonyl-3-morpholino-sydnonymine or its salts formed by the cyclodextrine derivative is obtained with the help of a) the metabolism of N-ethoxycarbonyl-3-morpholino-sydnonymine or its salt and the cyclodextrine derivative in the medium of the solvent and, if desired, with the separation of the complex from the solution with dehydration or b) high-energy grinding of N-ethoxycarbonyl-3-morpholino-sydnonymine or its salt and cyclodextrine derivative. Izum se nanaša na inkluzijske komplekse N-etoksikarbonil-3-morfolino- sidnonimina ali njegove soli, ki jih tvorimo z derivatom ciklodekstrina, na njihovo pridobivanje in na farmacevtske pripravke, ki jih vsebujejo. Inkluzijski kompleks N-etoksikarbonil-3-morfolino-sidnonimina ali njegove soli, tvorjen z derivatom ciklodekstrina, dobimo s pomočjo a) presnove N-etoksikarbonil-3-morfolino-sidnonimina ali njegove soli in ciklodekstrinskega derivata v mediju topila in, če je želeno, ločevanjem kompleksa iz raztopine z dehidratacijo ali b) visokoenergetskega mletja N-etoksikarbonil-3-morfolino-sidnonimina ali njegove soli in derivata ciklodekstrina.ŕ
