Summary:A heat exchanger panel system comprising a subfloor plate and a heat spreader sheet. The subfloor plate comprises one longitudinal groove forming a substantially part-circular recess. The heat spreader sheet comprises a plate part having an upper surface and a lower surface, said plate part comprising a longitudinal profile extending from the lower surface. The longitudinal profile comprises an outer profile surface and an oppositely placed inner surface, said outer profile surface being substantially congruent with at least a part of the part-circular recess. The inner profile surface forms a recess provided with a substantially tubular inner wall and has an aperture for receiving a tube and the outer surface of the profile comprises external projections placed at opposite sides of the longitudinal profile.
