Summary: | Izum se nanaša na filament za 3D tiskanje anizotropnega polimerno vezanega magneta, ki vsebuje polimerno vezivo in magnetno anizotropne delce, ki so med seboj poravnani tako, da je filament magnetno anizotropen. Predmet izuma je tudi postopek za izdelavo takšnih filamentov za 3D tiskanje anizotropnega polimerno vezanega magneta, ki obsega korake (i) mešanja magnetnih delcev z polimernim vezivom, ki se ga da oblikovati/taliti, (ii) izpostavljanje mešanice magnetnih delcev in topnega polimernega veziva magnetnemu polju, tako da se os vsakega magnetnega delca poravna in (iii) strjevanje polimernega veziva, da nastane filament.
Provided is a filament for 3D printing an anisotropic polymer-bonded magnet comprising a polymer binder and magnetically anisotropic particles that are aligned relative to each other such that the filament is magnetically anisotropic. Also provided is a method for producing such a filament for 3D printing an anisotropic polymer-bonded magnet comprising the steps of (i) mixing magnetic particles with a malleable polymer binder, (ii) exposing the mixture of magnetic particles and malleable polymer binder to a magnetic field, such that the c-axis of each magnetic particle is brought substantially into alignment and (iii) solidifying the polymer binder to form a filament. |
