Summary: | The invention describes a preparation of self-assembling nanostructures and a process for preparation of self-assembling nanostructures from polypeptides which are composed of at least three segments forming a coiled helix, which are assembling themselves into one sole polypeptide chain in a defined sequence which enables the composing into defined nano-cages or nano-nets. Nanostructures can be assembled from one sole polypeptide chain, yet which is composed of three, four or six segments forming coiled helices and are stacked into nano-cages, nano-nets or nano- tubes.
Izum opisuje pripravo samosestavljivih nanostruktur in proces za pripravo samosestavljivih nanostruktur iz polipeptidov, ki so sestavljeni iz vsaj treh segmentov, ki tvorijo ovito vijačnico, ki se povezujejo v eno samo polipeptidno verigo v definiranem zaporedju, ki omogoča sestavljanje v definirane nano-kletke ali nano-mreže. Nano-strukture se lahko sestavljajo iz ene same polipeptidne verige, ki pa je sestavljena iz treh, štirih ali šestih segmentov, ki tvorijo ovite vijačnice in se zlagajo v nano-kletke, nano-mreže ali nano-cevke. |
