Izum se nanaša na stabilen trden farmacevtski sestavek, ki obsega kandesartan ali njegove farmacevtsko sprejemljive oblike, kjer granule učinkovinein vsaj ene farmacevtsko sprejemljive sestavine pripravimo v granulatorju z visokim strigom in kjerkandesartan ali njegove farmacevtsko sprejemljiveoblike niso dispergirane v topilu.
