The present invention describes a combination of an anticholinergic, such as R,R-glycopyrrolate, and a mimetic, such as tormoterol, for the treatment of respiratory diseases including airway inflammation or obstruction such as chronic obstructive pulmonary disease (COPD) and asthma.
