OF THE DISCLOSUREAn electrical connector assembly includes an electrical connector and an adaptor. The electrical connector includes a dielectric body having a5 first surface and a second surface opposite to the first surface; and a plurality of terminals held by the dielectric body. Each terminal includes a contact portion extending adjacent to the first surface of the dielectric body and a solder portion extending adjacent to the second surface of the dielectric body. The adaptor includes an insulating body having a bottom10 surface and a side surface connected with the bottom surface; and a plurality of adaptor terminals insert-molded with the insulating body. The bottom surface of the insulating body and the side surface of the insulating body form an included angle. Each adaptor terminal includes a first solder portion disposed adjacent to the side surface of the insulating body, a15 second solder portion extending adjacent to the bottom surface of the insulating body, and a connecting portion connecting the first solder portion and the second solder portion. The solder portions of the terminals of the electrical connector are correspondingly soldered to the first solder portions of the adaptor terminals.20Figure 2
