ANTIFOULING COATING COMPOSITION, ANTIFOULING COATING FILM, AND METHOD OF PREVENTING FOULING OFBASEThe two-pack hydrolyzable antifouling coating composition of the invention has a first component that contains a polyester resin having a solid portion acid value of 50-200, a solid portion hydroxyl value of no 5 greater than 100 and a 25°C viscosity of no greater than 500 mPa.s, and a second component which is a paste comprising zinc oxide and cuprous oxide, wherein the volatile organic compound content is no greater than 400 g/L based on the total of the first component and second component. The antifouling coating film of the invention is obtained by curing a 10 two-pack hydrolyzable antifouling coating composition of the invention. The method of preventing fouling of a base material of the invention has the steps of coating or impregnating ' a two-pack hydrolyzable antifouling coating composition of the invention onto or into a base material, and curing the two-pack hydrolyzable antifouling coating 15 composition to form an antifouling coating film.Figure 1
