A wheel and cap assembly comprising a cap (2) which is easily attachably removable from a hollow centre portion (1 a) of a wheel (1), wherein: A) said cap includes: ò An outer peripheral groove (2e) on an outer peripheral surface (2c); and, ò An inner surface (2d), B) said wheel (1) includes: ò A hollow portion (la) which has an inner peripheral surface (lc) for reception of the cap (2); and, ò An inner peripheral groove (1e) on said inner peripheral surface (1c), wherein when the cap (2) is inserted into the hollow centre portion (1a) of the wheel, the said inner (1 e) and said outer (2e) peripheral grooves form a singular annular space and by inserting a C-spring (3) or O-ring into the annular space, the cap is attached to the wheel. A further O-ring (5) or magnet (6a, 6b) is sandwiched between an annular surface (1d) of the wheel (1) and the inner surface (2d) of the cap (2) to eliminate rattling.
