Summary: | Provided is a method which can manufacture a liquid fertilizer with high concentration and high quality by removing foam generated during a vacuum evaporation process using livestock excrement. The present invention relates to a manufacturing apparatus of a concentrated nitrogen liquid fertilizer, which comprises: a reaction tank (100) to extract an active nitrogen ingredient from livestock excrement via a vacuum evaporation process; a cooling unit (200) condensing the active nitrogen ingredient extracted in the reaction tank (100), and discharging condensate; and a recovery tank (300) to recover the condensate discharged from the cooling unit (200). The manufacturing apparatus of a concentrated nitrogen liquid fertilizer further comprises: a control unit (150) controlling the temperature and pressure of the reaction tank (100); and a foam filtration unit (130) removing foam from livestock excrement in the reaction tank (100). The foam filtration unit (130) comprises a foam filter (131) which protrudes to be convex downwards in the direction of a central axis (k) of the reaction tank (100). |
