يتعلق الاختراع الحالي بطريقة لتصنيع منتج قابل للذوبان تشتمل على تكوين خليط سائل-مادة صلبة يشتمل على جسيمات ثانوية مشتتة على نحو متجانس في مادة مصفوفة معدنية مصهورة molten metallic matrix material؛ وضع خليط السائل-المادة الصلبة في قالب؛ تقليب agitating خليط السائل-المادة الصلبة في القالب؛ وقولبة خليط السائل-المادة الصلبة مع التقليب للحصول على منتج قابل للذوبان، حيث تُشكل الجسيمات الثانوية ومادة المصفوفة المعدنية مجموعة من خلايا جلفانية galvanic cells بحجم الميكرو أو بحجم النانو في المنتج القابل للذوبان. [الشكل 1] A method of manufacturing a dissolvable article comprises forming a liquid-solid mixture comprising secondary particles homogeneously dispersed in a molten metallic matrix material; disposing the liquid-solid mixture in a mold; agitating the liquid-solid mixture in the mold; and molding the liquid-solid mixture under agitation to form a dissolvable article, wherein the secondary particles and the metallic matrix material form a plurality of micro- or nano-sized galvanic cells in the dissolvable article.
