Summary:FIELD: neurosurgery. SUBSTANCE: first puncture of Turkish saddle is done through transnasal-transsphenoidal access, followed by destroying affected tissue by laser radiation applied over light guide through puncture needle. During irradiation, axial end of light guide is placed along sagittal line of Turkish saddle bottoms/immediate vicinity to boundary of tissue to be destroyed, laser beam being directed towards center of that tissue. EFFECT: more drastic destruction process; lower probability of complications. 1 cl Применение: в нейрохирургии при лечении заболеваний аденогипофиза. Технический результат: повышение радикальности процесса деструкции и снижение вероятности осложнений Сущность изобретения: способ лечения заболеваний аденогипофиза путем пункции турецкого седла трансназальным-трансфеноидальным доступом и деструкции ткани лазерным излучением, которое подводят по световоду через иглу, размещая торец световода по сагиттальной линии дна турецкого седла непосредственно у границы ткани, подлежащей деструкции, с направлением излучения на ее центр.
