Summary:FIELD: optical instruments. SUBSTANCE: device has two telescopes which are mounted on gimbals and are optically connected to oculars and view finders, which are located on its housing. Rotation axes of inner and outer frames of gimbals are connected to sensitivity axes of detectors of angular velocity for local angle and azimuth, respectively. They are also connected to detectors of angular position of frames. Said detectors send control signals through stabilization channels and power amplifiers to corresponding control windings of two-coordinate momentum detectors which inductors are located on housing of binoculars. Each stabilization channel corrects control signals about angular position of inner and outer frames of gimbals with respect to their amplitude and frequency and add them with signals from detectors of angular velocity. This results in generation of signals for control of azimuth and local angle. EFFECT: increased functional capabilities. В бинокле две зрительные трубы на кардановом подвесе оптически сопряжены с диоптрийными насадками и наглазниками, размещенными на его корпусе. Оси вращения внешней и внутренней рамок подвеса кинематически связаны с осями чувствительности датчиков угловой скорости соответственно по углу места и азимуту и датчиками углового положения рамок, управляющие сигналы от которых через каналы стабилизации и усилители мощности подключены к соответствующим обмоткам управления двухкоординатных моментных датчиков, индукторы которых расположены на корпусе бинокля. В каждом канале стабилизации управляющие сигналы об угловом положении внутренней и внешней рамок корректируются по амплитуде и частоте и суммируются с сигналами от датчиков угловой скорости, формируя сигналы управления по азимуту и углу места.
