Summary: | FIELD: low-voltage switching apparatuses, in particular, circuit breakers. SUBSTANCE: in the offered circuit breaker the force lock mechanism in two trips are divided into the "low" and "high" ones with employment of release devices only for release of engagement with a low force. The other engagement is provided by a cross-piece with a spring-loaded claw, and its release - by contact pressure spring energy. According to the invention, the spring- loaded claw is positioned between the release lever and rotary armature, which at operation provides for a successive release of engagements first of the first, and then of the second ones. New shapes of the cross-piece, movable contact holder, release lever are offered; new arrangement and engagement of the mechanism members is accomplished. To this end, the movable contact holder is provided with a bulge and through slot, located at the end of the contact pressure spring and fixed contact holder; the release lever is furnished with a bulge and two aligned slots, located on the movable contact holder; and the cross-piece is made as a flat fork trident, and with its extreme prongs it is passed through the slots of the release lever and movable contact holder, with the central prong it is pressed to the release lever so that one extreme prong freely enters the contact pressure spring, and the other - the engagement with the spring-loaded claw. EFFECT: expanded range of design versions and application towards heavy currents, enhanced reliability of switching, simplicity and reduced price.
Изобретение относится к низковольтным электрическим коммутационным аппаратам, в частности к автоматическим выключателям. Для расширения диапазона исполнений и применения выключателей в сторону больших токов, повышения надежности работы и упрощения конструкции в предлагаемом автоматическом выключателе стопорящие механизм усилия в двух защелках разделены на "малое" и "большое" с использованием расцепителей только для срыва зацепления с малым усилием. Другое зацепление осуществляют траверсой с подпружиненным выступом, а срыв его - энергией пружины контактного нажатия. Предложенное техническое решение устанавливает новые формы траверсе, подвижному контактодержателю, расцепляющему рычагу, осуществляется новое расположение и взаимодействие механизма. Конструкция предложенного выключателя расширяет диапазон исполнения и применения в сторону больших токов повышает надежность коммутирования являясь простой и дешевой. |
