EFFECT: improved quality and duration of clearing. 1 cl, 2 dwg Изобретение относится к области вибрационной очистки деталей от загрязнений, а также может быть использовано при тонкодисперсном смешивании растворов. Улучшение качества и сокращение времени очистки достигается за счет повышения динамичности процесса колебаний давления в моющей среде и образования в ней кавитационных полостей, при схлопывании которых возникают гидравлические удары, очищающие поверхность от загрязнений.
