Yarrowia lipolytica strain is deposited in the Russian National Collection of Industrial Microorganisms under registration number VKPM Y-4347 and can be used for cleaning of water areas of water bodies, shoreline contaminated with oil and oil products, at temperature from +20 to -2.5 °C and salinity 30±10 g/l in nutrient-poor conditions.EFFECT: invention increases degree of cleaning water areas and shoreline water from contamination with oil and oil products.1 cl, 3 ex Изобретение относится к биотехнологии, микробиологии. Предложен штамм Yarrowia lipolytica ARC 48, обладающий способностью к деструкции нефти и нефтепродуктов. Штамм Yarrowia lipolytica депонирован во Всероссийской Коллекции Промышленных Микроорганизмов под регистрационным номером ВКПМ Y-4347 и может быть использован для очистки акваторий водоемов, береговой линии, загрязненных нефтью и нефтепродуктами, при температуре от +20 до -2,5°С и солености 30±10 г/л в условиях, бедных по питательным веществам. Изобретение позволяет повысить степень очистки акваторий водоемов и береговой линии от загрязнений нефтью и нефтепродуктами. 3 пр.
