Abstract FIELD: biotechnology.SUBSTANCE: method for obtaining a symbiotic preparation involves seeding with Escherichia coli strain VL-613 a nutrient medium based on Hottinger's digest. Concentration of the bacterial suspension is carried out, followed by mixing with the protective medium in a predetermined ratio, followed by packaging in vials. In this case oxidation-reduction potential of the culture liquid is maintained for 75 min - (-160) - (-60) mV, the dissolved oxygen partial pressure in the culture liquid is 15 ± 5 % of the oxygen saturation of the air.EFFECT: invention allows to shorten the duration of cultivation and to increase the accumulation of viable microbial cells.1 cl, 4 tbl, 5 ex Изобретение относится к биотехнологии. Способ получения симбиотического препарата предусматривает засев штаммом Escherichia coli VL-613 питательной среды на основе перевара Хоттингера. Осуществляют концентрирование бактериальной суспензии с последующим смешиванием с защитной средой в заданном соотношении с последующей фасовкой во флаконы. При этом окислительно-восстановительный потенциал культуральной жидкости поддерживают в течение 75 мин - (-160) - (-60) мВ, парциональное давление растворенного кислорода в культуральной жидкости - на уровне 15 ±5 % от насыщения кислорода воздуха.
