Описаны системы и способы для прикрепления одного или большего количества рабочих колес к валу и прикрепления композиционных колец к задней и передней кромке на каждом рабочем колесе для фиксации рабочих колес при работе на высокой угловой скорости. Композиционные кольца изготовлены из материала, который обеспечивает большую удельную прочность и большую удельную жесткость по сравнению с материалом рабочих колес.
