Said starting device comprises remote rotation frequency transducer, electronic unit, and auxiliary coupling H controlled by the latter. Auxiliary coupling H serves to engage brake shoe 12 with brake rotor 7.EFFECT: controlled speed of elevator.16 cl, 6 dwg Изобретение предназначено для контроля скорости канатных и гидравлических, вертикальных и наклонных, пассажирских и грузовых лифтов. Подъемно-транспортное средство содержит кабину, приводную систему, тормозное или ловильное устройство, ограничитель скорости. Ограничитель скорости лифта содержит канатный шкив (4а, 4b) с канатом, тормоз, пусковое устройство. Пусковое устройство содержит дистанционный датчик частоты вращения, электронный блок, вспомогательную муфту (Н), управляемую электронным блоком. Вспомогательная муфта (Н) обеспечивает сцепление тормозной колодки (12) с тормозным ротором (7). Достигается контроль скорости подъемника. 2 н. и 14 з.п. ф-лы, 6 ил.
