Предложен способ оценки состояния больных с постнекротическими свищами поджелудочной железы путем исследования крови больного. Методом проточной цитометрии определяют субпопуляционный состав лимфоцитов, рассчитывают соотношение CD3+4+ Т-хелперов к CD3+8+ Т-цитотоксическим лимфоцитам (иммунорегуляторный индекс) и при его уровне 0,5-0,3 оценивают состояние больного как тяжелое.
