Summary:FIELD: metallurgy. ^ SUBSTANCE: on roll surface, reached temperature lower than temperature of strip winding into roll, it is applied a layer of heat-insulating powder. Reduction of temperature gradient of external and average by radius of rolls winding is provided by means of that before powder application it is mixed with liquid, receiving colloidal solution, and then received solution by means of spraying is applied on surface of hot roll directly after its withdrawal from coil winder. Facility contains mixing means of powder with liquid for receiving of colloidal solution and feeding facilities of it under pressure into the system of splashing sprayers, fixed inside of casing, installed over hot roll, after its withdrawal from coil winder. ^ EFFECT: values adjusting of metal physical-mechanical properties by length of prepared hot-rolled strip at cooling strip rolls. ^ 2 cl, 1 dwg, 1 tbl
